From my perspective, I want key info on a site with 1-2 clicks with a low memory profile in Chrome, than the ability to dive deeper again with some Chrome extensions some of which don’t play nice to each other. You seemed to have missed a few great extensions like NoFollow Simple that might be a good first pass at a website etc. I also use SimpleExtManager to group my SEO extensions which is the only way I can do this (have 150 installed extensions, with 20 on SEO).
Covering Your Bases, Promotion-Wise. Picking a specific channel when engaging your customers may leave many of them excluded, thus lessening your chances of converting them to leads. This is why ReferralCandy allows you to utilize varying promotional strategies such as  sending email blasts, redirecting to landing pages, and giving invitations upon checkout. Another option available to companies is the creation of an embed signup in their store, with the platform offering optimized templates that can boost sales.

For example, let's say the keyword difficulty of a particular term is in the 80s and 90s in the top five spots on a particular search results page. Then, in positions 6-9, the difficulty scores drop down into the 50s and 60s. Using that difficulty score, a business can begin targeting that range of spots and running competitive analysis on the pages to see who your website could knock out of their spot.
The TF*IDF report helps webmasters to identify relevant terms and items for the website that could play a prominent role for its ranking. The Tool works out the a Term’s Frequency within a document as compared to all other terms (TF). In doing so, all webdocuments listed among the top 10 serve as a basis. The TF*IDF text assistant analyzes already existing texts and suggests the use of certain keywords. The text assistant also determines the term frequency within new texts and suggests terms that are still missing or whether there are too many.

I’ve been lucky enough to get an early access to SE Ranking and found it really user-friendly. I am very busy and I need to save time and SE Ranking is perfect for that: Setting up a site takes minutes and everything is very easy and fast to find. I just love those rankings reports SE Ranking sends every week or month. No need to login to check the rankings: You get your rankings in your email inbox and can continue working. Visual Observer is a useful tool that can be applied in a multitude of ways. Businesses can use it to monitor prices and offerings on a competitor’s website, so they can adjust their own accordingly. Programmers and web designers can use it as an automated way to keep clients updated about progress being made on their projects. Users might even find it useful to keep track of job postings, news updates, and social media posts. The possibilities are truly endless. Visual Observer’s positive features include:
The self-service keyword research tools we tested all handle pricing relatively similarly, pricing by month with discounts for annual billing with most SMB-focused plans ranging in the $50-$200 per month range. Depending on how your business plans to use the tools, the way particular products delineate pricing might make more sense. KWFinder.com is the cheapest of the bunch, but it's focused squarely on ad hoc keyword and Google SERP queries, which is why the product sets quotas for keyword lookups per 24 hours at different tiers. Moz and Ahrefs price by campaigns or projects, meaning the number of websites you're tracking in the dashboard. Most of the tools also cap the number of keyword reports you can run per day. SpyFu prices a bit differently, providing unlimited data access and results but capping the number of sales leads and domain contacts.
Hi Brian, it’s a great list, but I think one of the challenges for small/medium enterprises is allocating dollars. There’s probably at least $10k a month’s worth of subscriptions here. I know you only need one from each category, but even then, it’s at least $500 a month. I would love to know your list of monthly subscriptions for your business. Which ones do you genuinely pay money for? Personally I’m okay with maybe $50 a month for a tool…but I would have to be getting massive value for $300 a month.
Website-specific crawlers, or software that crawls one particular website at a time, are great for analyzing your own website's SEO strengths and weaknesses; they're arguably even more useful for scoping out the competition's. Website crawlers analyze a website's URL, link structure, images, CSS scripting, associated apps, and third-party services to evaluate SEO. Not unlike how a website monitoring tool scans for a webpage's overall "health," website crawlers can identify factors such as broken links and errors, website lag, and content or metadata with low keyword density and SEO value, while mapping a website's architecture. Website crawlers can help your business improve website user experience (UX) while identifying key areas of improvement to help pages rank better. DeepCrawl is, by far, the most granular and detailed website crawler in this roundup, although Ahrefs and Majestic also provide comprehensive domain crawling and website optimization recommendations. Another major crawler we didn't test is Screaming Frog, which we'll soon discuss in the section called "The Enterprise Tier."
I’ve been trying to sort through mine. Its so hard to keep up and some tools that were great are not anymore. I have reviewed a few hundred lists like this including of course the big ones below. I also have found that Google knows when your doing heavy lifting (even without a lot of queries or scripts). Some of my tools again very simple ones will flag google and halt my search session and log me out of Chrome. I worry sometimes they will blacklist my IP. Even setting search results to 100 per page will sometimes set a flag.

Hi Emma, Having a solid on-page SEO plan in place is one of the simpler things a marketer/webmaster can do to ensure they are optimizing the reach of their content and site. Before you worry about maintenance I would make sure that you’re considering the following on-page elements for the URLs on your domain: - The subject of the page is part of the title tag - The subject of the page is in the URL - From a thematic perspective you have diversity in the terms used covering the...
